Cancellation & Refund
01. Order Cancellation
At Whimsy, our artisans begin the curation and crafting process shortly after an order is placed. Therefore, cancellations are strictly limited to a 12-hour grace period from the moment of purchase.
Once this 12-hour period has elapsed, the order enters our Processing stage and cannot be cancelled, modified, or revoked under any circumstances.
02. Refund Eligibility & Fees
Refunds are exclusively applicable for orders cancelled within the authorized 12-hour timeframe. However, the refund amount depends on the timing of your request:

Cancellations within 10 Hours:
A full refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Cancellations between 10 to 12 Hours:
A nominal processing fee of ₹30 to ₹50 (depending on the product value) will be deducted to cover payment gateway and administrative costs.
Note: Beyond the 12-hour duration, the commission is officially committed to our Atelier for production. At this stage, no cancellations or refunds are possible.
03. Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will provide an immediate resolution. You must report such instances to our concierge within 24 hours of delivery. A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is required to process any complaint.
04. Refund Timeline
For eligible cancellations (within the 12-hour timeframe), the refund amount will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, subject to your banking institution's processing procedures.
